Share your ideas for practice led research
EMCC Global invites you to help build a resource of research ideas from practitioners to share with researchers, and promote more collaborative research.
Topic suggestions we received at the EMCC Global conference in June 2023 for practice led research:
- Impact of coaching at different levels of accreditation
- Impact of homeworking on sense of belonging in organisations
- How does early life labelling affect lives
- How to teach teachers to coach
- Why research on ethics is important
- Does coaching lead to more polarisation
- Understand the ‘systems’ of coaches (3 levels of intensity)
- Core competences of mentoring in different cultures e.g. China
- How to show the importance of CPD – measuring impact
- Working with young people – what age group? where? when? how?
- Internal coaching
- Supervision of team coaches
- Measuring success of coaching (ROI, ROE)
- Global research: Coaching prevents absence and quitting (sometimes they quit and its better) and improves A, B, C employability and resilience.
