EMCC Global Funded Research Programs

Bringing practice to research and research to practice

EMCC Global believes in the power of practitioner/researcher dialogue, to build an evidence base for professional practice.

Via a competitive funding process, we invited members to propose  high-quality collaborative research projects better to understand ‘mentoring and coaching support human capital and leadership development’.

A condition of the funding is that both practitioners and researchers must be involved throughout the project. Volunteers from EMCC Global’s Research Development Group provide additional support as required.

The successful teams presented their projects during the EMCC Global Research Conference in September 2022. The project outcomes will be considered by EMCC Global in planning its future priorities and will be published in a special communication to members, early next year.

Future funding calls will relate to the broad challenges we all face. Aim is impact from mutually beneficial collaboration, between practitioners and researchers.
