Arbeidsgrupper
Mange land har undergrupper der medlemmer med lignende interesesser kan møtes virtuelt eller fysisk. Det kan være faglige interesser f.eks. executive coaching eller mentoring/veiledning i helse, skole eller generell ledelse; eller pro bono oppdrag som vårt europeiske prosjekt Solidarity Coaching.
Interessegrupper skal oppfylle EMCC’s generelle krav til evidens-basert praksis. Styret har planer om å lage 2 eller 3 slike interessegruppper etterhvert som medlemstallet øker. For coaching-siden kan to slike aktuelle grupper være a) executive og b) coaching psykologi.
Vi arbeider for å få til interesse-grupper på tvers av landene.
