EMCC Complaint Case Reference Number 1/21 and 2/21

Only 2 parties were involved.

Further to the recommendations of EMCC Global Complaints Committee and subsequent review on procedural matters by the EMCC Global Appeal Committee: to uphold the majority of the complaints, the EMCC Global Executive Board

(i) Delivers a severe reprimand to the complainee; and

(ii) withdraws the possibility of any future volunteer activity by the complainee on behalf of EMCC. Furthermore, in respect of (i) any further validated complaints against the complainee will result in the indefinite withdrawal of the complainee’s EIA Accreditation.

Further to the recommendations of EMCC Global Complaints Committee and subsequent review on procedural matters by the EMCC Global Appeal Committee to not uphold the majority of the complaints.

The Global Executive Board supported by the recommendations made in complaint case 1/21, requires that at EQA re-accreditation, the complainee and EMCC Global to undertake a full review of the complainee’s EQA-related contracts and payments, formalising the complainee’s feedback loops, monitoring and complaints processes.
