Coach, in Ireland
Working as: Coach
Organisation: CH Executive Coaching and Leader Development Ireland
I have over 30 years' industry experience in health and education - 20 of those as a senior executive / Director. My coaching business is grounded in my enthusiasm and energy to provide a valuable service to those doing the difficult work of leading and looking to improve.
I believe that self-awareness is key to successful leadership and we should work to be the best versions of ourselves. This doesn't mean we can't all be better at communicating, have increased self-awareness and adopt behaviours that can make us more productive and successful in our leadership roles. While my role as a coach is not to tell you what to do - in working with me you can be confident that I will work honestly and openly with you, maintain your confidence and trust and tailor our interactions to your specific needs. https://www.cross-house.ie/about/
