Short biography

I am a certified, professional coach, with extensive breadth and depth to my skills and experience, gained from both my former corporate career and through my subsequent coaching activities.

Since 2011, I have been running my own coaching and training business focused wholly on assisting others to develop themselves to be the highest version of themselves, both personally and professionally. I gained my original coaching experience in the decades before that when I was leading teams within organisations as diverse as AIG (American International Group), British Airways and Heineken. The kind of roles I ascended to included Commercial Director, Sales Director and General Manager.

Alongside all of this, I recognised the need to get globally recognised accreditations in coaching which I now hold to master coach level and I continue to add to the breadth and depth of my skills and knowledge. I also have a Bachelor of Science (honours) first class in Applied Economics and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a distinction in Strategy.

I was transformed by a coaching programme myself a couple of decades ago whilst working in a large global organisation. I became a convert to the power of coaching in helping others - individuals just like you - achieve what they desire and deserve.

With the combination of my coaching experience and training, I bring a rich range of skills and approaches to my clients. These, combined with established coaching processes and resources, will make a significant difference to you where ever you happen to be at this time.
