Short biography

With over 20 years' experience as a career coach, I'm passionate about human flourishing and supporting people to live their best lives. I help people achieve career happiness and success using an integrative, strengths-based and solution-focused approach.

I work with those who want to:

Unlock their full potential and achieve fulfilling careers
Boost confidence and focus to achieve success
Gain clarity on their values, skills and strengths
Increase happiness and well-being at work
Change jobs or explore and progress a career change

I also work with organisations to develop their teams where I provide career coaching, career development support, executive coaching and positive leadership coaching.

As a coach mentor and supervisor I support coaches in their coaching practice development and well-being.

EMCC Accredited Master Practitioner Coach, CDI Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP), Member of the ICF, AC and ENPP.

Part time PhD researcher conducting research into entrepreneur coaches' experience of flow and its impact on well-being and performance.

As an EU (Finnish) citizen I am able to work across the European Union and open to associate or consultancy work.
