Short biography

I am an experienced coach, coach supervisor, facilitator and trainer with expertise in supporting both individuals and teams to align, deliver and improve performance. I am a committed, empathetic and passionate practitioner. Through supportive yet challenging conversations and experience of a wide variety of psychological models and theory, I encourage self-awareness, explore choices and support the development of new practices. I started my career as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into a variety of internal audit roles within financial services. I then moved into Learning & Development and spent a number of years running leadership programmes for both mid-and senior-level managers and training and managing the faculty of internal coaches taking part in an ILM and EMCC accredited coaching programme.

I have a passion for coaching supervision and completed my training with the Coaching Supervision Academy last year. I enjoy bringing creative tools and methods into both my coaching and supervision practice.

I established my own practice in 2020 and work with individuals and groups providing coaching, supervision and facilitation. As part of my freelance career, I also work as aplay therapist.
