Developing Success Ltd has been awarded an EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) for its Level 7 Senior Practitioner Coaching Programme programme, reflecting the standards of education and learning provided for coaches.
As well as an endorsement of the standard of content and experience in the programme, the EQA accreditation means that all coaches completing the programme and practical experience will be automatically eligible for their own individual accreditation (EIA).
Developing Success is based in Yorkshire, UK. It is run by coaches and owner/directors Sue and Rebecca, with colleagues coach Jonathan and marketing executive Nic. Sue and Rebecca first worked together in 1993, with Sue founding Developing Success Ltd in 2006 and Rebecca joining her in the business in 2018.
The company also provides direct coaching and company-focussed organisational change as well as coach training and uses Gestalt, transactional analysis, and relational coaching methodology to form the basis of the approach which involves raising awareness to stimulate change.
Developing Success encourages work at a deeper level than just transaction, an approach they have seen to have the potential to deliver transformational changes for individuals and in the workplace.
Sue said: “The Developing Success team are delighted to have gained Senior Practitioner accreditation, meaning we now offer the full suite of accreditation levels from Foundation to Practitioner to Senior Practitioner. We are so looking forward to offering this level of accreditation to delegates and are proud to be a part of the EMCC Global provider family.”
The Senior Practitioner EQA is the latest addition to the accreditations for Developing Success, the team having achieved accreditation for its Coaching Foundation Programme in 2018 and EMCC Practitioner programme in 2020.
EMCC Global accreditation verifier and Global lead Shelley Crawford, in recommending Developing Success’ programme for this accreditation, said: “This well-structured and robust Senior Practitioner programme is an excellent example of a global coaching programme at this level. The well-aligned aims, learning outcomes and assessments are enhanced by the extensive experience of the programme faculty, and the continuous support mechanisms provided.”
