Type of EMCC Social Responsibility activities:

We identified 3 areas in which we wanted to centre our first initiatives:

Young unemployed at risk of social exclusion

Senior unemployed

NGO staff and volunteers

Short summary of current and planned activities:

Collaboration with FSG in Spain (Fundación Secretariado Gitano/Foundation for the Gypsy Secretariat).  A non-profit, intercultural social entity that provides services for the Romaní community in Spain and in Europe.

We coach and mentor young people already involved with FSG in one of their many programmes to support inclusion and encourage development of employability skills.

Collaboration with Fundación Integra. A foundation that helps people in social exclusion, providing a personalised integration itinerary, training in labour skills and a job placement. This allows them to recover their independence, achieving real integration into society.

We are currently a team of 12 coaches.
