Boundaries are the limits that people set for themselves in relationships. A balance between setting healthy boundaries and also being open to intimacy and close relationships is the road to mental peace and well-being. Boundaries management for mental peace empowers clients to know and set healthy boundaries by covering assertive language, boundary-setting tips, examples, and practice exercises.
Based on the philosophy “Running away from any problem only increases the distance from the solution. The easiest way to escape from the problem is to solve it “ – ACT encourages people to embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling guilty for them. This workshop aims to reframe clients thoughts and behavior by encouraging them to accept what is out of their control, and commit instead to actions that enrichen their lives
