This Tough Talks session will be led by EMCC Global board members Dr Riza Kadilar and Stephen Murphy who will be joined by EMCC Global Centre for Excellence leads – Rita Symons (Climate Action & Sustainability) and Linbert Spencer (Inclusion, Diversity & Equality Action). In this session, we will delve into the intricacies of polarisation and exclusion with a spotlight on immigration, all while championing the values of inclusion and diversity. We believe that diversity enriches our communities and perspectives, yet we also recognise the challenges that come with navigating differing viewpoints.
Our webinar seeks to empower coaches to embrace diversity and foster inclusive environments where every voice is heard and valued. By understanding the complexities of exclusion and polarisation, we can work together to create spaces that celebrate our differences and promote mutual understanding. Join us as we explore how coaching can be a catalyst for positive change, promoting inclusivity and diversity in both individual interactions and broader societal contexts.
We are excited to share our research into what our members think about the role of coaching, mentoring and supervision in climate action and supporting our clients into a more systemic way of thinking. In EMCC Global, we are committed to development of our profession and this is our attempt to gather and share where individuals are in this space. We welcome feedback.
